Launch of Food Preservation Training Program
On 17.04.2026, a new training course in food preservation and processing has officially launched through a collaboration between the Social Service Office of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Jordan and the Holy Land, Palingual Language and Cultural Center, and Turathuna Al-Aseel Women’s Association.
The program aims to empower deaf youth by developing practical and income-generating skills amid current economic challenges. The first session featured hands-on training in preparing various types of pickles, supporting participants’ life and production skills.
